Double room, high season 30000-ft / night The advertising photos show the condition about 15 years ago. Since then, the whole carriage has just worn and worn out, the tiles are missing in many places in the pools, or just left there, so at least there is something for the child to play with. As a water level indicator, the DNA from the previous guests is reinforced with limestone. Sunbeds and garden furniture are also ripe for replacement. I can appreciate room 33. Furniture from the nineties, with bedding at the time, which is literally. It has all the shades of yellow on the once white textiles. The end of the bed is dirty in a circle, there is no mosquito net on the windows, so in the room without air conditioning all the insect species of the area visited. The contar solutions of the bathroom can be seen in the photos, which is crowned by the shabby, stuttering plastic shower cabin ... I don’t give a star because the staff is nice and the breakfast is as you would expect in a 3 star location. / It's a shame that no one checks the hotels that brag about the stars, because there could be a star fall here as well /

We booked accommodation for 4 nights for the hotel apartment for a long weekend, we received a confirmation email and then upon arrival in Siófok we were told that they did not see any booking at Booking, they were spoiled, although they also received a confirmation email from the hotel itself. They sent us to Balatonföldvár so that we could spend a night there, and then they would do something in the morning. In the morning we got the answer that we either stay in Földvár or so, but we can't go to Siófok. Since we didn’t have to pay an advance because of the virus, I don’t think they were excited about it. And after a long weekend, of course, all the accommodation on Lake Balaton was already booked. I would not recommend it to anyone, it was a big disappointment!

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never been to such a low level place in my life. I would have accepted that everything was old, renovated for a long time, maybe even a painting in the room could have happened 30 years ago. But the fact that the room and everything else was terribly dirty is unacceptable. Maid visited our room 1 time in 4 nights, and I think it's also because we asked her to clean it up because the dog hair was on the carpet, for example. We also received toilet paper only on several occasions. I don’t understand how they can let a place like this work.

We were very pleased with the reception. Really dog friendly place. The young receptionist welcomed our dachshund, the staff was willing, and even the cleaners greeted me in advance. The cleanliness is impeccable, both in the building, in the bathroom and in the yard. Breakfast is super delicious and varied. It is not close to the beach, but by car it is not a problem and you can rent a bike. That is why we were in complete peace, despite the bad news of Siófok, there was silence, nothing disturbed our rest. You can play tennis, table tennis, there are outdoor and indoor pools, several saunas. For two things, I didn’t rate it five ☆. The wifi is quite weak and the furniture in our room is worn out. One lamp had no bulb, the other had a broken piece. The tap on the sink remained in my hand, which is unacceptable.

My partner and I arrived late in the afternoon. A gentleman who we communicated with the booking greeted, said the price to which I had indicated that the booking had indicated a cheaper return, then looked at the spoken "oh that, they get the worse". Even if it does, what is this comment ???? My couple was very hungry and brought a yogurt with them, but we didn’t have a spoon with us. Since the blood sugar had already dropped and he was hungry I asked the gentleman for a spoon (we were next to the restaurant about 6 m away) to eat it. He told me not to give - I told him not to steal if I had to eat it here on the spot and give it back ... no spoon can't give ... and no given. I took off the top of the box, folded a spoon out of it and ate it with it. The room was very dirty with old furniture on which worn fragmented paint and a musty dark milieu awaited. We depressed a couple of spiders and even took out the clothes. We planned to stay one night but we wouldn’t have stayed any more. therefore, we paid 46e HUF for 2 people with breakfast one night.
