Baptista imaház

In the heart of Somogy, on the border of Libickozma, the smallest settlement in the county, in Szőkepuszta, this beautifully renovated house of prayer stands alone in the depths of the forest. In 1920, church planting Baptists moved to Szőkepuszta. The settlers bought land, built houses, and in 1931 built the two-tower chapel designed by the young Baptist architect Béla Marosi. In 2006, it was donated by the Baptist Church to the Sunbeam Child Rescue Foundation. It was restored by the Foundation, thus the third inauguration of the "Pilgrim Chapel" took place on July 29, 2007.
