Very nice hotel, very good value for money! Was very pleasantly surprised how much they took care of health and safety in these times. Even at the breakfast they payed attention to serve you instead of letting everyone breath and touch all the foods. The wellness part is quite good, the rooms are very clean and big with a huge bed. The reception was extremely nice and very accommodating. Was the nicest hotel experience I had in a long time.

A decent and clean hotel with a buffet breakfast and dinner option. The room we stayed at is spacious, bright and the colours of the bedroom accessories are lovely and well fitting together in harmony, giving you a cosy feeling. The bed is a king size bed and super comfy. The air con was much appreciated and had no problems with it’s working conditions. The standard rooms don’t come with a balcony, but even though we haven’t had the best of views, there was a little table with a couple chairs outside our room. They have a swimming pool/wellness area although not too big, but it is quite refreshing. Although we only stayed a couple nights, they changed our towels without us asking for it, tidied our bed and emptied and sanitized our bins as well. The TV was not in working condition, but we didn’t want to use it anyway. There’s a nice big desk in the room which allows two people to sit there if they wish to do so. The bathroom is also quite spacious, there is a provision of hand soap via a dispenser and same goes for the shower gel. The breakfast is generous, there’s a machine for soft drinks and coffee as well bottled sparkling and still water available. The reception staff is polite, however we had to wait more than 15 minutes at the time of checking out to be attended to. Altogether it is quite a good value for money.

Great experience, we were there during covid and hotel definitely that extreme caution for their guests. Room was clean and quiet. Wellness was nice but we did not use full facilities. It was great size of swimming pool with little area to sun tan. breakfast was great too. Varieties of choices to choose from.

I really loved staying here in the midst of COVID. They were extremely clean and followed all safety rules and regulations. The front desk staff were always very courteous and ready to answer any questions. From helping me book a cab to recommendations on getting around the city - they were awesome! Food: we booked half board and it was so worth it. Their food was always made to perfection. If you're there, definitely try the crepes, I couldn't get enough! Breakfast was also plentiful, fresh and filling. 80% of the waiters in the restaurant were a delight with just a couple who we felt had an attitude for some reason. Or they could not be found and had to be hunted down. Rooms: we picked a rather small room but it worked for us. It didn't feel dated, also it was very very clean. The housekeeping is doing a great job, kudos to them! Gym: also tried the gym briefly. Loved the view from the treadmill! Location: overall, the location of this hotel could not be any more perfect. Close to shopping, the grand forest, and to the city center. I usually do extensive research when picking a hotel so I’m confident in saying that this place lived up to the expectations. Worth the money, classy service, clean and pleasant. Keep it up!

Staying hear as we speak. Booking, value and early check-in is great online. Hotel is in a great location and lots of access to many things within walking distance. Malls, groceries, banks, coffee shops and bistros. Staff cleaning rooms, amazing!! A few hiccups, some restaurant staff seem to wander off having smoke breaks during your meal. Hard to get service. I witnessed this that’s how I can speak about it. My daughter wanted a colouring book and pencil crayons which they say they offer. Unfortunately, this wasn’t available at the time. Reception was kind enough to print some pictures for her. Restaurant meals at dinner time are fantastic, hats off the chef and staff. Breakfast is good with many choices to choose from. Hotel takes great measures for COVID-19 awareness. Had food delivered to the hotel and wasn’t aloud to sit in the restaurant with my daughter to eat. Had to eat at the bar. Really embarrassing for the service manager at the reception not giving an option considering it’s four stars and the place is dead. You think guest would be treated better in these times or at least make a suggestion to better the customers needs.
