Joli Harsányi (08/08/2019)
The house was built by József Móricz, a postal officer of Szeged between 1910 and 1912, in Ferenc Raichle J. Art Nouveau style. During the post-war rapid repair, the wrought iron railings were removed, and some of the exterior facade decorations were removed. Over the decades, the building's interior murals were whitewashed as well. It was reborn almost in ruins in 2007 when it was bought by a company that underwent a complete renovation. Formerly decorated with foliage embroidery, the foliage-glazed pyrogranite ornaments were restored, thus regaining its original Art Nouveau character.
