Reliable office!
With excellent guides.
From July 20-25, 2020, we took part in a tour called “Central European Panorama”. Both the tour guide and the bus driver did their job in a very professional way. Accommodation, meals are excellent. Due to the crown virus epidemic, there are two interesting things: 1.) we wore the mask in the prescribed places and kept a distance, we didn’t have to on the bus. 2.) We did not meet tourist groups, we could fit comfortably, we could watch.
I’ve traveled half the world, I’ve traveled with lots and lots of travel agencies, but I’ve never had anything to do with such a naughty company! In March, I canceled our Mountain Doctor trip planned for September, due to the situation! Who has ever heard that 10% of the total participation fee will be deducted from the advance as grief, (more will be deducted later!), Mainly by giving Austrian hotels a 100% refund! (I know because I'm a professional!) Read the GTC because it's not a fair company!
Unfortunately, due to the crown virus, I canceled the fall trip.
The company deducted -10% from the advance paid, calculating the participation fee for the whole trip!
Thanks, that wasn't fair!
