Fonyódi Széplátó

On a nice winter's day we visited Fonyód and walked around the area. We parked here, so we started our journey from here. Unfortunately, the lookout is closed in winter. On the red triangle sign you can easily get to the city, the Sipos mountain lookout, but it is also closed in winter. From the Walkó lookout point and the panoramic promenade, you can have a nice view of Lake Balaton.

In winter it is not possible to go up to the lookout, it is closed. According to the notice due to maintenance. You can't see Lake Balaton from the trees from the ground if someone came for it. It can be a good place to go.

The municipality of Fonyód gets it anyway. Both lookouts were closed. And the view would be nice in January as well.

At the end of a very steep road is a steeply sloping rice-bed car park where the lower cars beat well there. There is also a disabled car park. Although I didn't see how to get up to the tower from there in a wheelchair. But it doesn't matter because there's a locked note on the open door. Leaving the tower alone. You can go up. There is accessibility up to the first floor. But there is no one to operate the elevator. The view is beautiful but I still find the odd exaggeration. I don’t think it will ever open again in this form. The wooden structure is rotting. Fist pieces are missing in some places. dangerous accident
