The clerks are good, but being exposed to a huge poster to get kids and moms up first doesn't really work. When we were waiting for 1 hour, when half of all the people in front of us were running out, when my husband went to the security guard to tell him we had been waiting for an hour with a sick child, he asked me not to wait? She asked my husband for the serial number and gave it to someone else. We won't go there anymore!

I am maximally satisfied, the security service is kind, helpful, the clerk is professionally very prepared and also kind and helpful, the five stars are worth it!

As a mother and a small child, I was the first to ask for queuing services, which are a special feature of the service. The man, as it turned out later from his cynical comment with his colleague, would have gone to lunch. In my embarrassment, I caused him an extra half hour of extra work, and a phlegm, meek, somebody throwing my papers, was facing me. He did not accept my apologies and then said, "I'm glad I received you." Congratulations. I never want to deal with a case again, I do not feel justified in this attitude. I know, a fool less ...
