One of Hungary's best kept secrets. Superb example of a baroque church beautifully decorated using trompe-l'oeil. No leaks or damp has managed to mar the inside of the church and renovations on the exterior will be finished in August.

Solymár, Templom tér, which can be easily reached by buses 64, Solymár Főtere, in the center of which is the Roman Catholic Church of the Virgin Mary, which was built in the 1780s and still holds masses in German today. There are still plenty of hiking trails in the area, the Buda hiking trail (green tour) or the Mária út. The altarpiece of Maria is considered a miracle worker
