According to the information on the website, the investigation was carried out and the expert opinion was prepared, which was accepted by the shoe distributor. The duration of the study was a bit lengthy (14 days), but it was completely acceptable, and I also saw that they had plenty of work, so I didn’t urge the study. I think if we provide respect and correct information, we get decent service and the expert fee is negligible compared to a more expensive shoe (of course, if the distributor accepts the complaint, in most cases he also pays the cost of the inspection). In a word, a hundred, overall I have a positive opinion about the company, I am also satisfied with the service and the end result. Thank you for your work!
