This is a must visit place while on eger, it has limited English tours and avoid taking Hungarian guided tour. If tour can be reduced to 45 minutes will be better as 90 minutes is too much for this. The tour takes you for journey of Hungarian history and underground wine storage cellars. The place is cold and you will require a light jacket. Also there is no information in English so you are totally dependent on guided tour. The tunnels came into existence due to mining of stones for 60 kms for buildings but access is limited.
