walking past it at night make it look quiet cool
The Miner's Church is an ornate gem of the collection of the Árpádian church in Nagybörzsönyi, which was built in the same way as the St. Stephen's Church in the Árpádian age.
Why two churches were built in the then not very populous settlement. According to the legend, the Church of St. Stephen was made for the Hungarians of Árpád, while the Miner's Church was built for German hospes (privileged guests) who settled in the 1200s, who could build a small church for themselves in addition to their profession and privilege.
The original walls of the church have survived only to a very small extent, because their small size and the growth of the German miners who settled in them have caused them to rebuild continuously, until they reached the edge of the hill and another addition would have fallen into the valley. But the serene miners were not discouraged, and not far from there a new large-scale church was erected.
At that time, the economy of Nagybörzsöny was still quite flourishing from the gold mine, which unfortunately disappeared after a while.
At that time, the skillful masters took up viticulture, pulled press houses and continued to grow from the wine, while the downy mildew put an end to this as well.
So the Miner's Church has been steadily growing with two additions. Because he kept Nagybörzsöny in the grace and religion of the Turks, the believers remained alive and in the walls of churches, the latter to this day for us as well.
The church guard, who can be called by phone, is a very lovely highlight of the village. He tells many interesting things about the church to the visitor. At the introduction, he points to the hillside quiz place next to the foot bell. Can you guess the writing form of the forest? If you don't have a heart, it's none other than Hungary. In the church you will get a half-hour of interesting and meaningful guidance from him, plus beautiful music on the church organ at the end. God keep Uncle for a very long time.
Lovely hiking stick that drives a hiking stick. There are many more things to be said about the church, but it is much better in the original, so it is worth going.
Don't miss the church if you're here. They’ll open up a phone call within 10 minutes and you’ll also get a cool little tour guide.
Interesting.
Very nice!
