They have just kept us waiting for our furniture ordered for weeks even though it was fully paid upfront. The customer service was also unable to help and keep us in limbo with endless promises. Phone calls and complaints are not managed and treated properly. Shameful!

Had a look around for Xmas and winter items. Really good selection of stuff, nice browsing, though a little more expensive than known supermarkets. The unbelievably rude security staff ruined the whole experience :-( hence the 3 stars (would have been 4, but they might wish to educate security personnel on good manner).

Absolutely not worth the the visit. The slowest cashiers I've ever seen, prices are very high. Better go to IKEA IF YOU NEED

A great place for household goods, we definitely recommend it. The sales staff are great but the warehouse and security staff need to learn customer service skills.

Italian-type/style furniture. Every furniture item seems a bit too big. Nice and exrraordinary accessories. Nice staff. Big variety.
