When I became available again and applied to them, I received an answer immediately and it also reached me within 2 working days (with delivery, cash on delivery). They were very fair all along and it was good that they communicated with me, notifying me, for example, that the package had been handed over to a courier, and so on. In many places, these are still not done today.
