Greeting! If I could, I'd give zero, but I'll give you 1 for the callback (you can sit down, Emese!). I think the customer service lady only heard the hated keywords: date request. He kept cutting my word, he didn’t listen, he was amazingly condescending, and then he handed the phone to his boss in outrage. The boss didn’t behave any differently either, just pushed the word in the same style while I didn’t get a word. Then all of a sudden I noticed, "hey ... I'm alone talking for at least 30 seconds." I looked at the phone, the line was alive, but no one answered. My last sentence to "anyone" was to sue them and put them down. The callback came in 15 seconds. Other sound, more patient listening, relevant information. We were able to talk about things right away (although the boss referred to a line break ... hihi). : - / In order to get a better assessment, I would recommend choosing the right customer service representative (psychological test, or HR to have such an attitude) as well as communication and problem management training for them and their manager as well. If I were the owner (luckily for 1,000 I’m not that), they would be flying on the first such behavioral complaint, as they are the service providers we pay for. Amazing! I pay for a service and that’s how they behave. They lived from us! Pffff ...... You may have been glad to stop at this level, but you broke the collateral with me!

Arrogant, condescending, bosses acting like little kings, management that does not take into account the needs of the population, only chases profit.

I could write a lot of factual problems here, but not so many places, I don't think positive. That's why I say it all.

I called them after 8pm on Saturday night. They were here in 10 minutes and solved the problem in seconds.
