I, too, caught a phlegm clerk in the person of a sullen man with glasses. I went on a date both times. On Monday he told me to fill out the form and then go back to another date. I went back on Wednesday, it was he and he almost drove away. He referred to the virus situation as only important matters. Why do they give an appointment? Why are you telling me to go back? I was polite and patient. I used to meet such a "nice" person. I can congratulate the whole team for having such a person.

When there was an epidemic, the slow administration until then became downright equal to 0. No phone will be picked up to request an appointment, all 4 hours before closing. The fact is, if someone had acted on an important matter, it would have been my job to handle the address card, rather than go. Not everyone can handle it online. I am dissapointed.
