The warranty only exists on paper at this store! Expert opinion said. The buyer only counts until he buys the goods! Shameful!

A star is not worth a star. I bought them a shoe with a white bottom. I was wearing shoes for an hour, of which I spent half an hour in the car. Within an hour, the white part of the shoe wore off and black streaks appeared on it. I took the shoes back the next day. I thought as the product was defective or repaired and within three days I returned it, I get my money back or exchanged. That didn't happen. It was neither repaired nor replaced and I didn’t even get the money back as the shoes were not used for their intended purpose. This is how they absolve themselves of responsibility. What the store offers customers: - Crappy shoes dear. - Warranty on paper only - a false error is indicated on the complaint form (not only in my case), for example, instead of wearing - the defective shoe is returned in the same condition only a few days later - Repaired / used shoes can be purchased at a new price in the CCC store. "misuse" objection to everything. The nose part of the shoe comes off in less than 1 week, either by the customer's fault or if the color of the shoe wears off the first time it is used, or if the material starts to shred with the ear part.

I’m actually “in need” to shop at them because there aren’t very many shoe stores in the area to travel to, just to shop for shoes, I don’t have time. (I'm thinking of a good quality shoe store that sells leather shoes! That's why the old junk stuff stays ... very junk and crowded stuff!) If, by some miracle, I find leather footwear I like, they know it's sewn with plastic soles or skewed, or dirty ... Today I let go of my attachment to the skin - great need - sir - but the filth of the beige ankle boots unpacked out of the box made me realize again that this is a very "I don't like shop" ... I'm sorry, but I think the boots were already factory dirty!

Prices are getting higher, but the quality is the same. Of course the quality is not bad, but not the most durable. Children's shoes are not fashionable and unspecific sneakers that would suit children, but they are expensive.

I really liked it, had a good time with the small customers and there was something I wanted to buy.
