Synagogue

It is in ruins and locked. But still you can manage your way in. Such a history decaying like that. It is sad. I think the town can easily find some Jewish funds to restore it and use it.

It is considered one of the most important synagogues in the country. The painted ceiling, which was probably designed during the renovation in 1875, is one of the most special in Hungary. The researchers write ........ I ask, then why has this been the case since I lived? It would be time for the authorities to come together and put it in order. It would certainly be good for non-existent tourism in Abony.

It would be very nice if they dealt with it and didn’t stand empty. I think the city could easily apply for its restoration. If no synagogue is already operating in the area, at least this could be renovated and made operational to make tourists attractive to the city.
