I phoned today to order a special tap for my baby. They said they were not obliged to help me go in person. 30 km is just the way there and I brought it up that I last placed an order by phone and after the tap arrived we went for it afterwards. The lady kept telling me that she wasn't obliged to help. Very jerk seller attitude ..
That's why they also have better pharmacies. Basic products are usually found, but if you have something more "special" you can order that is 10 km away from the other pharmacy. Service is slow and sellers are not nice.
