We have been traveling from Globus Travel in Kazincbarcika for years (8 years). Even during the organization of our holiday last year, we did not receive the right information or were helpful in the office. We did not receive any information about the situation this year (covid19), and if we dared to inquire, we were not provided with almost any information, and we even felt uncomfortable that we dared to inquire. We are constantly given the feeling that it is not they who are for the passengers, but the passengers for them. Due to the lack of information, we lost a larger amount this year !!! After that, I personally would not recommend this travel agency to anyone and we will not travel any more from here.

Fast, convenient administration. We booked our honeymoon with them. Everything was fine.
