Hotel Silverine Lake Resort

Everything was great except for the variety of food, I think there should've been more type of food.

The hotel has an excellent centrally located. The restaurant is very nice and the food is fine, the selection is excellent. The room is a bit old-fashioned. Walls and carpet are dirty. The toilet has a smell of sewage. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Only one side of the bed has one socket, the usb port or another socket was missing. The view is really amazing and the wellness section exceeded our expectations.

Your experience will heavily depend of which room you'll get. There are well maintained clean rooms and there are some second class ones with several problems. I've got a street view corner room which was perfectly fine except a constant high pitched noise coming from above all the time. It was barely noticeable during daytime, but it's been loud enough to prevent anybody from getting a good night sleep. (Not to talk about the noise the garbage trucks made every morning at 7am) The wellness was alright, but I didn't see why was it my responsibility to return there the bathrobe and the towel on the last day. The staff was kind and patient. I appreciated that the most.

We went for the suite with lake view, which is like the most expensive. The location of the gotel is great, they have a great view from the balcony. The wellness and the breakfast were as good as it gets in a 4star superior in Hungary. The only somewhat major letdown was the bathroom. The tap leaked, the toilet flush button was hanging half off the wall, and the toilet seat was broken. I expected more frome the most expensive suite...

Great service, food was awesome. perfect for kids. sauna with glass wall, with view to the lake.
