The eastern part of the ship and the sanctuary are of medieval origin, the remnants of the old church standing in this place. This old church was renovated, expanded, and elevated in 1754 with the support of Sándor Kiss, a landlord (he and his wife rest in the wall of the oratorio) His organ was made by the Rieger brothers in 1901. St Florian's statue in his garden dates back to 1810, and the statue of St. Vendel dates back to 1913. The nearby Trinity statue dates back to 1799.

Standing in a terribly deserted, perhaps depopulated village, some sections of its nave and sanctuary are of medieval origin. The original character is obscured by the modern reconstruction. An interesting - surprisingly good standard of the place - statue of St. Vendel and St. Florian next to the church.
