I am not satisfied. When I went to take over the certified balance after waiting 1 week, I was informed at the payment that I had forgotten to say that there was an unexpected cost of a “parts replacement” - without any prior consultation, on the previously flawless balance - which was “already done”. When I was called on the phone so I could go for the scales, they still forgot to inform me about the extra costs. The total amount of the certification thus increased 4 times, at this amount I could easily have bought a new, certified balance. I recommend this place only to my enemies.
