Why pay for this place if there is a free beach just 1km away?
Security just going arround and fining people who are trying to swimm in forbidden areas next to the park. And it's not cheap either.
Many Hungerians can't afford such fines or entry prices.
What a nonsence.
Clean and tidy. Swimming steps every 100 meters or so. Nice views. Very quiet in September though.
Looking for grass covered beach and relatively quiet atmosphere? This beach is for you :) big trees give you shade and the water is shallow. Buffet offer real Hungarian beach food. Lángos, fish and hamburger, pancake. Walking 'sweet corn sellers' are bringing you fresh, hot corn. "Csemege főtt kukoricááát! Bitte maiss!"
