Above all, he is disorganized. The food is prepared one after the other (independently, 2 consecutive guests also ask for a fryer ...) and there is no separate line for serving the drink. So we had to wait half an hour for water and beer. With a little more resources and better organization, they could earn significantly more revenue. By the way, they would have more satisfied returning guests.
