Value for money is very good. Modern equipment. Air-conditioned rooms. Large yard. Barbecue, cooking area. Large terrace. I really liked it. Unfortunately, it has 1 drawback ... it is very close to the railway. On the other hand, the windows are of good quality and soundproofed quite well. I can't really hear you leaving the train. It didn't bother me ... I'll go here another time. I liked it that way too.
The house is newly renovated, new terrace and all rooms are air-conditioned.
