Residence Balaton superior Conference & Wellness Hotel

The front desk represntatives were very nice. Our room was clean, except the spiderwebs between the balconi door and the curtains, also the 7 spiders in the room, that we had to get rid of. One was in the bed. Next morning the cleaning lady used bugspray to scare the spiders away. We still found two between the mosquito net and the balcony door. Cleaning lady was nice and helpfull. Dinner was very good and varied. Breakfast was okay, however we didn't like how the scrambled eggs were too sloppy (lucskos). Restaurant staff were nice. Wellness area is nice. The little private beach area is cool. After all, we had a good time there. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the Hotel is not the best but not bad. Since, they have a private beach at a short walk distance. The gate didn't work and everybody who wanted come in and out. Also no security personnel. The personal of this hotel are extremely polite, kind and helpful. Nothing to complain here. The wellness is nice, do in the season i think it can get very crowded. Massage was amazing. In our price we had breakfast and dinner included, not so satisfied with any, compared that is a 4 stars hotel i would give just 3 stars for the dinner and breakfast. As you can see the pics of the room, I was very surprised and disappointed. I wanted to give 4 stars to this review, but I looked again at the photo and changed my mind. 3 stars will be enough. If the room would have been better, I wouldn't complain at all, but in the end you go there to rest, so I would like to have a clean nice room. Enjoy 😊

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in November. The interior is very nice, the kindness of the people working here is outstanding. You can flag at booking your special dietary needs, which in our case was whole food plant based (close to vegan diet). At arrival to dinner we found one of the most fantastic salad bars with great fresh veggies and we could choose from multiple options when it came to warm food options. It turned out only later that they prepared special food for us, but we didn't ask for it as already the offered food options were great. The whole family enjoyed the stay, nice bath, children's corner at the restaurant and a small but very well designed kid's playground inside the building. The hotel is highly recommended!

staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, internet was fast, breakfast was ok but not great. I did not try the wellness services.
