Granite Spa Zalakaros

Combination of aquapark and thermal baths. Several pools with hot thermal water (up to 36 C) for relaxation, a pool with sea waves, adrenaline slides, indoor adventure pools. Everyone will find something. Lots of greenery and places to rest. A pleasantly spent day. Free parking cca 200m.

It's a great waterpark for the entire family. Though very overcrawded. But you can spend all day here without problems! A lot of fun for the kids!!

Went to cashier desk to ask how much it will cost, The cashier girl looked at me like I was from Mars or Venus,, the staff seems to not speak a word of English and the attitude is completely unfriendly. I did not even bother to enter and rather went to Csurgo thermal bath not far from there. Csurgo is a smaller town but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Csurgo was modern and clean, new facility. I do not understand how unfriendly staff are placed at front desks to deal with customers. Do you want to do business or not?

bad, not recommended, above-average prices of Hungarian spas, rude staff, except for older lifeguards. there is no ticket to access only the indoor pools but you have to buy the ticket which also includes the outside area but the slides have restrictions very constraining (height and weight) in practice an 11-year-old child cannot use them except in a very small part.

One of the best wellness spa in Hungary! :)
