The view is nice over the Balaton and you can reach it through a park on a nice route if you wish. But since it is a GSM tower and its operator collect fees for entering I would say visit some other viewpoint from the many you can find around and avoid the EMR for which you have to even pay.
The landscape of lake Balaton and its surrounding place are beautiful. But You need to pay entrance fee.
One of most beautiful scenery if Lake Balaton! Returned already several times, highly recommended!
