The church gained its present Baroque form with the reconstruction of the old church in 1778.

Unfortunately I only saw it from the water, but from there it is beautiful! ! I was hiking in the area so I thought I would look inside now. Unfortunately I didn’t have much success trying to get information about the church’s past but unfortunately I didn’t find much. The Roman Catholic parish was founded in 1716. The current church was built between 1777 and 1979 by Archbishop József Batthyány, Prince Primate. On December 22, 1944, an incendiary bomb burned and the main altar also exploded.
