Golden Tulip Springhill Lampung

Had a business trip around Lampung area and I stay at Golden Tulip on 26 of January 2021. I choose the sea-view room at the time and had an amazing view of afternoon Lampung bay. The facilities given are nice, for the room service, there are a lot of options you can choose for the meal, you can also ask for some beer (You should ask first the stocks that they have though).nnWhat really impress me is the service that they give me. I had my ID left at my room and I only noticed it at the airport, which was around 40 minutes drive. I then called the hotel and sure enough my ID was there at the room. Golden Tulip then ask if they should drive my ID to the airport, it was 7 o'clock and my flight was around 7.30. I then ask whether my ID can be sent by package.nnLong story short, Golden Tulip then sent my package on the same day, and a couple of days later my ID arrived. Thank you so much on your service Golden Tulip!

Very recommended. The breakfast is good and tasty. The view is good. The room is spacious and comfy. Hot water and rain shower works well. sound proof is good, but I still hear people walking in coridor and their conversation, a little.nnGood for short escape.

it's a new Hotel, everything is clean and cozy.nThe location is best as well as the scenery we could see from our Room.nStaffs are friendly and last but not least the breakfast is tasty, very good.nI strongly recommend this Hotel and surely will back here next time I visit Bandar Lampung. Stayed here for a night with family. Large, very clean and comfy rooms. Nice city and sea views right from our rooms. Friendly and fast response staffs. The pool and kids pool are quite big and are open till night, which is nice. Over all i will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Lampung. Best choice!

Very comfortable experience, got the deluxe room with sea view.nnGolden Tulip located in a strategic location in the city of Bandar Lampung. The breakfast at this hotel is standard but lots of variety, the staffs was very welcome and friendly as wellmore.nnIn general this is a hotel with good if not the best for value you could get, definitely will be back to stay here in the future.
