Not 5 stars because they break their own rule. There were kids under 12 when I stayed in the island. Anyway, for anyone wishes to stay there, the island provides drinking water so you don't need to bring it yourself. The no-plastic-policy is great. The food is delicious. The staffs are helpful. Great escape!

Terrible service, hotel not as advertised, pool not working or filled with water, did not take credit card upon arrival and manager stated we could cancel. Then we were told to contact reservations and they told us that we could not cancel because it was too late. Please do not stay at property because it was a bait and switch and there are alot better deals and better service closer.

Spent 3D2N here. Great and helpful staff. Please bring 2 tubes of sunblocks during dry season in Indo to protect your skin. There are many snorkeling spots. The end of the year usually there are some fishes migrating nearby. Please protect the corals while you doing it. Cheers!

We cancelled our booking and Le Pirate Island refused to return the full refund to us which is conflicts with the cancellation policy that we have, it mentioned full refund if cancel 2 weeks prior to the checked in.nnInstead they offer a 50% refund with another 50% return as a voucher(last for just 1year) but until now we received NOTHING(neither of them)nnThis is so disappointing that they do not follow their own policy.n———————————-nAn update:n5 months later we finally got the 50% refund back.

The place was really breathtaking, so peaceful, service was great, staff was helpful and the food just the best, i love the food.nBut if you are not really in to nature, you should reconsider to come here.nI spent my honeymoon with my husband and it was the right decision to come.nMinus 1 for the trash lying on the sand, even we do snorkeling you can see the fish swimming together with the trash, just so sad.
