CS service at counter 2 is very unsatisfactory, harsh words, very disrespectful with older people. Lack of ethics and manners.

The branch office is the worst in service, you can't call many times, the confirmation schedule is given by the other party but the Tabanan is also abrogating, there is no reconfirmation, depends on people's funds, hopefully it will be evaluated by the head office. Or the Kpk team might stop by at this Bali Tabanan office
