I do not see good services to customer. Chaos and need improvement for employee hospitality

Mw cek darah gejala demam typhoid. Pas d telp bagian lab nya bisa. Akhirny dateng tapi harus konsul dokter umum dlu, y udh nurut aja, pas ktmu dokterny udh minta cek darah gejala typhoid sma dokternya gak diladenin dicek sna sni diagnosa radang tenggorokan 🤦🏻‍♂️, saya udah hafal gimana/gejala radang tenggorokan itu karna memang sudah sering mengalaminya belum pernah separah ini sampe gak bsa tdur karna demam, ttep g diladenin sma dokternya, y udh kluar ambil obat beres. Besoknya saya ke rumah sakit yg melayani cek darah dan ternyata hasilnya positif kna demam typhoid 🤦🏻‍♂️, Kcewa bgt sma pelayanan d kimia farma.

Very, very bad! On September 23, 2020, around 16.30 I registered and with a vulnerable time curl until 17.00 I entered the general dr. Room which I did not notice his name. Surely the clinic staff can check who at that time dr. Before I went to the clinic, I called the receptionist / call center to ask for info and confirm to go to the eye clinic or eye examination using BPJS. The info I get for BPJs can only ask for referrals from the general public who will be referred to RS to be directed to the eye clinic. OK. I came to this clinic, then entered the room with an ordinary welcome (not welcomed), not greeted, not allowed to sit down. I was confused why I was silent .. then I began to be asked, I forgot I was asked what kind of way. Then I answered, if I wanted to ask for a referral for my eye because my eye was sore, red, and also had a white spot on my cornea. And that dr then angrily yelled at me because maybe I thought I was going to come to ask for a referral. And that dr also felt that he was considered like he couldn't handle anything. Yes, here I am a patient. Patients who need solutions from experts. If indeed this complaint is deemed unnecessary to be discussed, just let me know as Dr. handles his patients. Not even that I was shouted at, not even as if I wasn't a doctor. But instead I was shouted at, at least give directions or a good word "no need to reconcile, just treat it here" maybe so. In fact, I was not examined. dr only assumed from distance vision, I didn't have my eyes checked, my eyes didn't check directly. Even the words that were said "his eyes are not red, it's okay why, there is no disturbance in his eyesight either" in a high tone. Yeeeeeeeee In the end I was given one dropper. Hopefully nothing happens to my eyes, I hope the white spots in my eyes can disappear and heal. Hopefully nothing causes anything else to my eyes. This is the second time I have been treated and maybe the second time with the same dr, and this is the second time I am not satisfied.

The service is quite good however, for other facility problems in my opinion it is still lacking, such as inadequate prayer rooms, and vehicle parking lots are still lacking.

very disappointed!!!! ask for a good referral either not ignored, instead we are like being mocked and trivialized, we use BPJS also pay every month you have to just jerk it and give a referral
