prime location, very nice breakfast staff, efficient staff overall from reception to bellboys. my only gripe is with the internet connection that went off as soon as you put down your cellphone or tablet. you need to log in everytime you use the internet and it’s maddening. the room, especially the fridge, needs better maintenance.

the hotel is very beautiful, and very strategically located in the city center of Palu. I once stayed at the hotel here, during the Salonde Palu Festival event before the earthquake. and now after the earthquake it turns out this hotel is still standing strong. greetings from singaporeud83dude0aud83dude0a
