I'm extremely disappointed with the reception staff and their service. This will be last time I will be coming to this hotel. I should have asked for a printed receipt for the payment including with the deposit. The counter staff gave me a written receipt without any mention of the deposit n I had also requested a room for 2 nights and they did not mention about this in the handwritten receipt. Subsequently another counter staff called me a day later at night saying that I should have checked out in the morning as I have only booked for 1 night n  I have to pay additional for another 1 more night. When I went down to the reception to clarify, the staff at reception said the payment was taken for 1 night only n there is no deposit to be returned as payment did not include the deposit n also there was no mention of booking room for 2 nights. In the end I had to pay additional. I have learned a lesson that I should have asked for a printed receipt with the room charges n also the check-in date n checkout date. I feel I had payed more for 2 nights stay.

This hotel location place was inside batam city.From ferry terminal to hotel distance only 10 min drive by taxi. All staff are good and helpful. Good response. Room and everything clean and nice.all tourist place around the hotel. Service was good and fast.All shopping mall around the hotel.like as bcs shopping mall only 3 min walking distance. Many Halal resuenst around hotel.Hotel Resturent food was very good ,tasty and yamme. I suggest everyone pls stay this hotel if you come or visit Batam, Indonesia.
