PT. Sriwijaya Air

I arrived at counter in Bali just 28 minute before flight. They said they closed the flight. They sold my ticket to someone didn't bother to call me while I was walking from international to domestic. When I asked refund they wanted to give me 10% of the fee which was below $20. And they cant refund in cash. To transfer back to internal account I was asked $30 to pay back $20. Ridiculous. I walked out and waited another 5 hours to get boarded to garuda

Definitely not a great airline to travel

peswat delay up to 4 hours more but claimed only 3 1/2 hours .. schedule of aircraft at 16:25 but just departed at 21.30 with operational reasons are not clear, when asked for compensation they ga want to change karna considered delaynya less than 4 hours, they make boardingnya at 20.00 .. cheating really management, before delaynya 4 hours they make his boarding, but not yet clear the plane is ready to go when .. not recommended, kapok bgt, mending ride other citilink x
