A fantastic zoo! Highly recommend that you take the entire day off to visit because there's a lot to see. There's a friendly petting zoo, bat caves, walking trails to see the other animals that reside at the zoo from other countries. A cute gift shop and yummy fast food restaurant add to the perks that this awesome zoo offers. A fun filled place for the entire family. Enjoy!

The animal diversity was very sufficient. Animals looked taken care of and satisfied. Facilities were clean and managed well. Really nice gardens and spots to stop and rest. Altogether, it was an amazing experience! Looking forward to coming again soon!

I love this zoo. I went as a child, I took my children regularly and I've been taking my grandkids for the last 10 years. Maybe one day I'll take my great grands. That would be super cool! Very clean. Lots to see. Miss the sea lion but he's been gone for at least 20 yrs.

So much fun to see all the animals with the fam. Enjoyed by a variety of age groups, the exhibits are all detailed and informative and tell visitors facts you wouldn't think of. :) The best time to go is probably during the warmer months because more exhibits will be open and allow for more interaction with the animals.

My grandson and I spent the afternoon at the Virginia Norfolk Zoo.. Many exotic animals, come listen to the Lions Roar!!nA wonderful place to take the family... Outside the park they have picnic areas along with playgrounds for the kids
