Very nice zoo. Wasn't too crowded. 7 year old and almost 2 year old enjoyed it. Didn't catch that some of the feeds and rides weren't running, so pay attention and ask when buying those types of tickets. Bought our zoo tickets 4 days before our actual arrival and the dolphin show was sold out. Took about 15-20 minutes to get into the zoo gates. They stopped letting people in the gift shop 350 (zoo closed at 4). Food at main cafe was great.

Beautiful Zoo! The animals are healthy and happy. Great amenities with clean facilities. Parking is well spaced and secure. The Dolphins are a must see but many more species are there as well. Loved it so much we purchased a membership that comes with many benefits and freebies.

We went Tuesday March 30, 2021.nnConsnIt was spring break and very busy. This being our first visit, we aren't sure if this is normal. Upon arrival, the member express line was twice as long as the 2 general admission lines. Twice we stood in line for 30 minutes for water. (Outside food and drinks are prohibited) One drink stand was out of water. The kids wanted to watch the dolphin presentation. According to the map, Tickets can be obtained at the entrance or at the ride ticket stand. The gentleman working at the ride counter informs us that the tickets can only be obtained at the entrance. The map, apparently, is outdated. I'm sure we spent more time on wild goose chases and standing in lines, than actually seeing animals. The food is typical amusement park grub. Expensive and not good. The line for the gift shop was so long we decided not to wait. The kids were disappointed.nnProsnThe dolphins are fun to watch from below. Especially during the presentation going on from above. The animals are close enough to see. The zoo is earth friendly; no plastic straws or cups, educational info is posted, staff is friendly and helpful, the park is clean.nnWe do plan to return. Hopefully the next visit is more pleasant. I will update my review at that time.

We took a trip here this morning and although it was chilly we had a blast! They do have you wear masks while inside the buildings and in groups but nobody seemed to mind because they have the times spaced out so you're not overcrowded. It was one of the best visits we have had to the zoo so far, we went into the butterfly garden for the first time and WOW!

Great zoo! Lots of animals were active. The orangatan exhibit was incredibly well done. The cheetah run was fun. Most of the enclosures had a way to get incredibly close to the animals in some way. Do not recommend the train but some of the other add on tickets would probably be fun.
