You have to go directly to the office, they give good attention. Because in the phone no one pick up .

I've contact this airline for a few times in a month but they're never piked up. everybody ignored the call. Please be professional.

Been tried to call so many times within office hour - no response at all. One time someone pick up only to put it down again - maybe so they can use the line. I hope the management in Turkey knows about their reps behaviour in Jakarta office. Make their name bad with this kind of service! What a waste for your advertisement around the world - better improve or replace the people in Jakarta office. As Indonesian I feel ashamed with other people reviews!

The place is inside Prudential tower on 19th fl, during this pandemic ticketing counter sometimes open sometimes close depends, working hour 10 AM - 02.30PM, it is better to communicate by email with them sent to [email protected] with the ticket details
