Swiss-Belinn Airport Jakarta

Stay here for an overnight for my next early flight.nRoom is nice and clean, towels and toiletries are provided, hairdryer is based on request.nnThey provided free pickup/drop-off service to/from Airport which is a nice complimentary, though the only downside is the vehicle which can be improved, but overall the driver is nice and polite.nnReceptionists and restaurants staff helped me a lot with my requests which I'm grateful about.nnThe location is only 10-15 mins from airport which really convenient.

For a budget hotel, its adequate. There were a couple small issues on arrival but they were quickly resolved. The maintenance man was very kind!nThe airport shuttle could have been more prompt but the communication was good. Take it all in stride. But if you are on a time constraint, maybe not your best option.

We called in to get information about the hotel and were told false prices as well as false information about what was available at the hotel.

For the price and the easy access to the airport, it is alright. But the breakfast service was so slow. Since I went there during the pandemic, we did not have a buffet of warm food, so we have to order. I waited for 30 minutes when the staff told me that I can wait in my room. So there I went and waited for another 15 minutes. 45 minutes in total just for a simple rice platter was a little too much. Otherwise, friendly staff, and good deal with the free shuttle to the airport.

Best hotel transit in CGK with fair rate. I'm a regular guest at Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim. With that in mind, this property is better than Wahid Hasyim one. Even two level above Ibis Airport.nThe room is really accomodating and have nice view. They put little detail which i really appreciated. They give green tea instead of other tea. Green tea is well-known for sleeping purposes.nAs a transit hotel, guests wants to check-in rapidly, and the Front Desk was doing really good. I had nice sleep and good shower for i had to go to airport at 2am.nThe shuttle was great! I was picked-up personally and they match it with my arrival time.nBravo! Definitely going to back again if i have to transit in CGK.
