Brevard Zoo

The food and staff are top notch! The staff is so nice at this cafe. Ashley helped me and my family and was the sweetest. The food is absolutely amazing! It’s always fresh and you can’t go wrong with anything you chose on the menu. I would highly recommend coming here with your family for lunch over any of the rest I around the area. We always make sure we come hungry when we visit this zoo!

I will say, I have been to a fair share of zoos in my life, and this definitely ranks as one of my favorites! My boyfriend and I had such a special experience! We loved feeding the lorakeets. The enclosures are great: spacious, interesting for the animals, with plenty of real plants. The majority of the animals were active. (The jaguars were awesome to watch!) We even witnessed a few training sessions! (With some huge fish and a couple of monkeys!) Oh, and they also offer the chance to feed giraffes and see the African animals while paddling a kayak! Very cool experience! Highly recommended! (They have RV parking!) And what's extra cool is that you can catch a rocket launch the next morning, as Cape Canaveral is just a few miles away!

If you're debating about going to this zoo, definitely do it! I've been to quite a few zoo throughout the east coast, and I had one of the best experiences at Brevard Zoo. All of the zoo keepers, workers, and volunteers are so kind, ready to answer any questions and give you a wealth of knowledge! I've never had such a hands on experience with animals before, being able to feed giraffes, kangaroos, deer and (hitchhikers) birds! We did the guided kayak tour as well, our guide Victoria was great, and gave us great local recommendations. Would definitely go back again!

The Brevard Zoo is by far one of the best Zoo's I've been to. The staff is always friendly, and the volunteers are always very knowledgeable about the animals and can answer all of our questions! Not only are the animals fantastic, but the layout and the vegetation around the park gives it an awesome wild feel to it. I have an annual membership that my in-laws got for me, and I hope to come down again soon and visit the zoo again. Keep up the amazing work, and thanks for all you do for the animals!

By far the best zoo around! The staff is awesome and knowledgeable which really makes the zoo experience better. The animals are clearly well fed and loved and the grounds are so clean. If you can do the kayak tour, you won’t be disappointed! The membership is really worth it too!
