Garuda Indonesia is one of the world's worst airlines. I had two bad experiences with this airlines. One day, I've booked with them from Jakarta to Riyadh, they changed the route to Jeddah and left me stranded I'm Jeddah airport. The other flight was from Jakarta to Palembang. I tried to cancel this booking well in advance since all flights from Saudi Arabia to Jakarta were canceled due to Corona situation but they didn't respond to this. Garuda Airlines is very efficient in taking my money but not so in refunding it.

They promise to open services until 15.00 at sunday but i have got close at 11.00

Bad service, a lot of ignorance. The security, Mr. Iskandar ,was unfriendly, didn't assist anything. Disappointing experience.

Great lounge, must visit this place during waiting your flight, there is great food and beverages provided here!
