Tapi dokternya cuma menjawab singkat-singkat. Mungkin masih dokter baru ya? terima kasih.

Sorry in advance, don't want to give a bad impression for this clinic. But for suggestions so that in the future it can be better again. Monday, August 24, 2020 morning I brought my puppy in a very bad condition. On arrival at the clinic, he handled it well, was infused and given injections of various drugs. In the afternoon, after the infusion, he was given various kinds of medicine for home later. To my disappointment, I don't really know what disease my puppy has. Because the doctor could not and did not give a conclusion about the disease my puppy was suffering from. There are only 2 options given, namely Parvo virus or exposure to parasites due to eating carelessly. Even though the doctor had taken a stool sample here, I couldn't conclude the disease my puppy really suffered from. 3 days later my puppy died, and because of my unfamiliarity with the disease, it finally spread to other puppies. In my house there were 4 dogs left (2 mothers and 2 puppies). I decided to bring 1 puppy to the Batam clinic. After being brought there, the doctor's treatment there immediately took the CPV test, it turned out to be positive for Parvo. From the clinic in Batam, I just found out that my puppy died because Parvo and it had been transmitted to everyone in the house. Day after day Dying one by one. Another incident was that I took 2 puppies for skin treatment, were checked and given injections and medicine. But after that, I haven't been able to change from the results of treatment here until now. The conclusion is, to handle severe cases as well as mild cases, I think it is still lacking and needs to be improved again in patient care, especially for handling parvo cases or the like. To be more complete with a test kit (CPV test, etc.) and also to be equipped with inpatient care for patients who really need extra care. Hopefully my suggestions and comments can be received for better improvements. Thanks.
