Pros:n1. Good affordable placen2. Allows for pet overnight stay (for 70k per night)n3. Polite staffn4. Good affordable merchandise (for example, goat milk for kittens are much cheaper than anywhere else).nnCons:n1. if you let your pet stay overnight, chances are they will be many doctors treating him and that is both confusing and counterproductive. There should be only one main doctor overseeing the treatment... Other doctors should carry on the same treatment, recommended by tre main doctor, and not change it every time they want to.nn2. Recently, we left one of our pets (which is a stray cat that we're trying to help), for overnight stay. During his stay at the clinic, his feet started bleeding because the cage was not comfortable. That's not acceptable at all.nn3. I don't feel that their doctors have enough experience about the regular care for cats. They are okay with medicine, but when it comes to advice about behavior or about certain things happening with your cat, they have no clue.nn4. They do NOT follow social distancing at all!!!

Place is clean and comfy, they have knowledgeable vets in terms of small animals, not just cats and dogs. Highly recommend this place. They successfully (without drama) neutered my rabbit and handle my guinea pig's malocclusion.

Best vet around BSD/serpong area. Very reasonable price. But because it is so good, queue is quite long.

Was there yesterday to bring my dog for mind power. The Customer Service was bad — I was early, but they made us wait for so long. On top of that, there was no signage/ proper queue to ‘register’ even though we have made an appointment prior.nnThe place is not clean and pretty smelly and messy. And there’s no social distancing and it’s very hot...while most dogs, like mine, need a cool place.nnAnyway, back to mind power. Paid 200,000 Rupiah to see 2 ppl close their eyes for less than 5min and they just rephrase what I told them about my dog. Nothing new, no answers to the questions that we asked. We are very disappointed and feel cheated. Will not go back there and will not recommend anyone to go there.
