Bandara International Hotel By Accor Hotels

I had to stay at the Bandara hotel for my quarantine coming from Chicago to Indonesia. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped me in any matter that I needed. They were able to accommodate my request for vegetarian food, a room change, and even assisted me in booking my final flight from Jakarta to Bali. Thank you so much to every member of this incredible staff!

Super friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. AC is struggling a bit. Hotel is located close to the CGK airport however there are not too noisy. Some rooms on lowest level has a small terrace which is a plus. Hotel food selection is fair and quality good.

The hotel is a old building, the rooms are big but I would not recommend to get an 1st floor/ basement room are dark and lots of mosquitoes. The food is ok, not really clean rooms and toilets. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

For the people who complained about Sheraton Bandara International Hotel by Accor Hotels, saying that it’s too loud (airplanes and ground traffic), too dangerous (mosquitoes), too outdated (bathrooms and bedrooms in every suites), etc.nnDue to all these issues, Sheraton Bandara International Hotel by Accor Hotels will close permanently. And it will also be demolished to make way for the extension of Taxiway EC2 at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

Beautiful place, good view, need some renovation on certain facilities
