Jakarta Airport Hotel managed by Topotels

My friend and I stayed here in December of 2019 for a night. The air conditioning was amazing, the shower had great water pressure, and the placement of the hotel in the airport made our room feel very private. Check in and extension of our checkout time (since we were waiting for a late flight) went smoothly. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but we did have easy access to a range of in-airport restaurants within walking distance as well as some stores (most notably a convenience store with strawberry slushies that my friend still raves about). The price was very affordable.

The staff provide an excellent services.nMy wife and 7 years old kid arrived in Jakarta at midnight.nWe called couple days prior arrival and provide the flight number.nThe staff already waiting for my family right at the arrival gate at midnight.nVery great service and helpful after 23 hours flight with a kid.nThank you very much to whole staff that's working between Dec 13-17, 2020. Especial thank you for the staff that's picked up my family at midnight on Dec 17,2020.

Pros.nLocation. Location. Location.nGreat bed.nnCons.nNo lift or access for wheelchairs.nNo hot water.nCockroaches in the bathroom.nFaulty power socket.nHair dryer not working.nRoom needs a proper clean.nRestaurant closed.nnA below average 3 star hotel and in dire need of a facelift.

I was in room number 11. The room is far from receptionist, the shortcut i think better to accelerate access to room with small number.nnYou will feel in the old hotel due to the furniture was vintage style.nnThe towel was bad (edge of towel was torn). Hotel shall provide good quality of towel. It is really disappointed.nnThe bed room was really big. Love it!

Nice and comfortable for rest during transit...nClean room and nice view of flight trafic
