Stayed here, the suites are really nice with the spectacular view, hotel's designs are great, they create a calming atmosphere when seeing it.nHowever the hot water didnt work on the bathup, i think it needs to be fixed, however staffs are friendly, willing to help the guest, and nice to everyone.nnGood job to the Hotel management

One of recommended hotel in Gianyar. We stayed in panoramic suites room and it has huge room including bathtub and heart-warming view. Meika in Reception very attentive, helpful and warm during our stay. She helped us to booked our spa and offer breakfast box. Everyone we met on Sanctoo was friendly and accomodating. Overall we had wonderful time.

Nice hotel buy slow service, when check out we must wait for about 30 minutes to make sure that we allowed to left the hotel, don't know what took them so long.
