Great people. Even though putting down my loving boy was hardest thing to do in my life, but Vets been helped me great deal to take the right decision in the interest of my loving boy. Friendly, sympathetic! Thank you

They were perfect. I had taken my cat to another vet in Bali and they missed a life threatening problem on 2 occasions. I noticed that he was distressed and decided for a second opinion and was recommended here by a work colleague. They saw the issue right away, treated him that day, and put him right. He had a small side effect a week later which I noticed 3 hours before I was due to leave on a 2 week long haul flight holiday. The reassured me that they could look after him, kept him under observation for a few days, and then liaised with a cat sitter to take care of him. Naturally I was concerned to leave but they knew what they were doing better than I did so I was fully reassured. Sad to leave them now that I have moved away from the area, and hope my new vets are as perfect as these guys!

Vet not qualified, they couldnt see that our dog got poisoned even though we told her and mentioned his foam, blood and pale tongue. They gave him anti puke medicine instead of making him throw up the poison..nnTold us to go to another vet. Our dog died in pain on the way to the next one.nnPlease avoid, they don't know what they're doing and charge you for their mistakes.

These people are very kind and know what they are doing. Don't believe the negative reviews, sometimes it's out of the context. I asked them as well.nnMy experience: always good retreatment, super friendly people and they also have housevisiting for a good price.nnJust check yourself, and do what feels good. Also tip: let ur animal check before you operate them, so you know if they are healthy before the surgery!
