The place is so dirty.. just check the walls. Also a big NO for stayovers.. there is no checklist to verify the required daily tasks to make sure our pets are well taken care of, and for intensive care, this is the same as malpractice.nndrh Diah has done her best but without proper system and without people around her that share the same passion, it does not do any good.nnDefinitely not a good place for your pet well being and definitely NOT recommended for stayover... BIG NO for intensive care needs.

Unprofessional by any means, made the decision to discharge my beloved cat saying that his overall condition is already well enough for home care but in fact his condition is actually worse and thus I needed to admit him to a clinic again.

This place has many different varient of cats food and it's quite complete food, snacks and cats litter selection (because I have a cat), strategic location and very convinient from my house. I love this place! They also have pet grooming service and vetenerian / animal clinic there! Awesome!!
