A special place for turtles and some other animals. You are charged a small amount as ticket. Kids would love the place.

Animals confined in small spaces. Turtles in concrete pools, monkeys, birds and bats in cages or chained. If you want to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitat go on a safari or a snorkelling trip.

Great lil place...to our luck found an enthusiastic helpful staff / guide there who showed us around & helped with our photos too.. had a lovely visit

PLEASE DON’T VISIT! I wish I’d known this was the ‘turtle sanctuary’ the boat trip was taking us to as I wouldn’t have booked it. Other reviews confirm what I suspected, it’s just a tourist trap and I doubt they were helping the turtles or the other creatures in dingy cages. Bali is a beautiful place but like many Asian country’s animal welfare and exploitation for tourism is a huge issue.
